Quotes and bookings
Prices shown on this site are typical market ranges, not a quote for your address. A firm price comes when we confirm your job details: the equipment, the dates, the location and the access. A booking is confirmed once we agree on those details and a delivery date.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access for delivery and pickup, for telling us about anything that affects placement, and for obtaining any permit required when a unit goes on a street or sidewalk. You agree to use the equipment as intended and to keep the area around it clear for servicing.
Our equipment
Equipment remains the property of Philadelphia Porta Pros throughout the rental. You agree not to move, modify or sublet it. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear while the equipment is in your care.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms are set out in your quote or agreement. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible so we can adjust the schedule.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, Philadelphia Porta Pros is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of PA.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your current booking.
