Narberth is not Lower Merion
Start here, because it saves a phone call. Narberth is its own borough, completely surrounded by Lower Merion Township but governed separately, so a Narberth address answers to Narberth Borough for anything on public ground rather than to the township.
Everything else is genuinely Lower Merion: Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Bala Cynwyd, Wynnewood, Gladwyne, Merion Station, Penn Valley and the rest. It is a large township with very different streets in it, so we quote the address rather than the name. The whole ring is on service areas.

Long driveways cut both ways
Lower Merion has the deepest lots in our service area, and that is not automatically an easy delivery. A 200 foot gravel drive with a turning circle at the top is fine. A 200 foot drive with no turning circle means the truck reverses out, and on gravel with a wet week behind it, that is a decision rather than a formality.
The other constraint is the same one the whole Main Line has: mature trees over the driveway. A standard cabin is only 92 inches tall on the common manufacturer models, but the vehicle carrying it is not.

Most Lower Merion events want a trailer, not a cabin
This is the honest read on the township. For a wedding, a graduation party or a fundraiser on a Gladwyne or Bryn Mawr property, a standard blue cabin is usually the wrong product regardless of price.
A restroom trailer is a towable unit with flushing toilets, sinks with running water and climate control. It parks like a vehicle and looks like one. A two stall wants a dedicated 20 amp 110 volt circuit and carries roughly 100 gallons of freshwater on the usual manufacturer specs, so on a large lawn with the nearest outlet 300 feet away, a generator goes in the quote. Sizing is still the same arithmetic: one unit per 50 guests over four hours, plus 15 to 20 percent where alcohol is served, plus at least one accessible option. Permits and the township's own rules
Lower Merion Township sets its own rules for anything on public ground, and Pennsylvania sets none statewide. Narberth sets its own separately, as above. Ask before an event in a township park.
Private property placements are generally clear anywhere in this region. The Philadelphia route, where portable toilet permits come from the Department of Public Health under its infectious waste program, does not apply in Montgomery County. Renovation and pool work
The steady business here is not new build. It is additions, kitchen and bath work, pool excavations and carriage house conversions on properties that are frequently a century old, running three to nine months.
For those, ask for monthly rates rather than paying weekly, and think about where the unit sits for the whole job rather than for delivery day, because moving a sited unit is a chargeable trip. At 150 to 200 pounds empty, a cabin is not something a homeowner shifts.
