Does the city street problem stop at the boundary?
No. That is the useful thing to know about Upper Darby. Cross Cobbs Creek from West Philadelphia and the housing stock barely changes: rows and twins, narrow streets, cars both sides, plenty of one-ways. The municipal boundary is a line on a map, not a change in what a truck faces.
